Ghassan Adawi joined ACOR in 2009. He assisted his uncle, Chef Mohammad Adawi who worked in the ACOR kitchen during 1968 and 2018. He prepares meals for all of the residents of the ACOR hostel. They prepare and serve a hot lunch every day at 2 pm.
Ghassan has a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Al-Balqaa University in Jordan, and before joining ACOR he worked in a number of hotels and restaurants in Amman as a waiter and also as a cook.
Ghassan remarked that he enjoys his work because the scholars in residence and the ACOR community are like a family.
