Dr. Ghadeer Hamdan joined ACOR as assistant director for language and culture in October 2020. Her previous experience includes teaching, program management, and program development with the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), the Language and Culture Program at the Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), and the Sijal Institute for Language and Culture. As assistant director for language and culture, Dr. Hamdan supports the development of new initiatives, edits Arabic language content, and assists additional projects associated with our ongoing building renovation.
Dr. Hamdan’s degrees include a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Arabic literature from the University of Jordan.
