Balqees Al Mohaisen joined SCHEP as Capacity Building and Research Assistant in October 2017, becoming Capacity Building Manager in 2019. She coordinates all aspects of SCHEP’s extensive capacity building program, from the conceptualization and organization of trainings to their implementation and assessment. Balqees graduated with a degree in Architecture from the Hashemite University in 2017. During her university projects, Balqees was interested in archaeology, and her thesis focused on economic development and community self-reliance through agritourism and heritage in Tafileh. Balqees also worked at Dar Al Omran Planners, Architects, and Engineers as an intern architect prior to joining the SCHEP team.
