Dr. Isabel Creasman joined ACOR in April 2026 as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. She is an applied research and evaluation professional with more than a decade of experience in generating, managing, and translating data into evidence across nonprofit and government sectors. She holds a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology and a master’s degree in measurement and evaluation, along with advanced training in data visualization and analytics. Dr. Creasman has proven expertise in leading research, data analysis, and reporting functions.
