Since 2019, ACOR staff and community members passionate about the digital humanities have been proud to support the local Wikimedian community, volunteers seeking to improve scholarly content on the world’s largest encyclopedia. We are therefore very pleased to share that this year ACOR has partnered with the organizers of this year’s WikiGap initiative, an global online campaign to increase and improve open-access encyclopedic articles about notable women on Wikipedia in multiple languages.
Participants can join this year’s Jordan WikiGap from any location between March 8 and March 12 and are also invited to attend an online celebration at the end of the period. You can find out more and explore Jordan’s article list online:
