Dr. Lama Khaled Maabreh is a researcher in the conservation of cultural heritage. Her postdoctoral research focuses on using “New Technologies for the Presentation of Cultural Heritage Environments in Education.” By facilitating access to historical sites and utilizing contemporary technology to increase awareness of this heritage among a variety of audiences, including students, tourists, and researchers, she hopes to create easily accessible virtual environments/virtual museums that will foster a profound understanding and educational and cultural appreciation of historical heritage in Jordan.
