Founded by Rawhi Al Aqaili’s father, the restaurant is now overseen by his accomplished son, Hajj Rawhi Al Aqaili a distinguished figure in the Jabal Al-Qalaa neighborhood.
Open from 4:30 a.m. until noon, the restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience with a menu boasting hummus, foul, falafel, and fava beans with yogurt. The star of the show is badwah, a delightful concoction of hummus, tomatoes, lemon, pepper, garlic, and tahini, earning its reputation as the starter of choice.
