ACOR Lecture Series

The ACOR Lecture Series provides a forum for sharing the results of research in the humanities and social sciences with a wider audience of scholars, students, official authorities, and the public at large. ACOR senior fellows and visiting scholars of distinction  give public lectures at ACOR.  These lectures are promoted to contacts in Jordan, including Jordanian academics and universities and individuals from the extensive diplomatic and non-profit communities in Jordan.

ACOR recently began to audio record the public lectures and present that recording, together with the original lecture slides, on YouTube. This is fantastic for our supporters who couldn’t attend the public lecture but still wish to listen to the speaker and see the material that they presented. Several lectures are online now and more will be uploaded as they become available.
